Who are we ?

On 1^st April 1992, M. Félix LUTZ set up «Construction Félix Lutz SARL» in the Haut-Rhin (Alsace).

The company specialized in carpentry, roofing and zinc work for both modern and old constructions.
The company subsequently expanded its activity to respond to a growing market demand for extensions to existing constructions.

The company always listens to its clients and is sensitive to green issues and environmental concerns and thinks about the future concerning energy savings whilst at the same time refining its know-how in the construction of wood frame homes.
After 3 years of building these type of homes, in 1997 it obtained QUALIBAT approval, a certificate rewarding the company’s expertise.

The company was taken over by Mr Frédéric ABT on 1^st April 2010.
A new technical design office was established to reinforce research and development which meant that « made to measure » constructions could be built under the auspices of the CCMI for the building of individual homes.

The clients come to meet us bringing along their drawn-up plans and ideas and then our teams take care of each stage of their project.

We work alongside our clients from the design plans through to construction.

This new and comprehensive level of expertise has revolutionized the running of the business and it is from this evolution a decision was made to change the company’s name to reflect the new activitiy :

This zone is within a radius of 100 km around its headquarters at Hindlingen (68), encompassing the following French departments:

Haut-Rhin (68) – Alsace
Territoire de Belfort (90) – Franche-Comté
Doubs (25) – Franche-Comté
Haute-Saône (25) – Franche-Comté
Bas-Rhin (67) – Alsace
Vosges (88) – Lorraine

The company operates around the main cities in these departments such as near Mulhouse, Colmar, Altkirch or Dannemarie for Alsace, near Belfort, Delle or Montbéliard for the department of Franche-Comté but also near La Bresse or Bussang for the Lorraine. The company is at your disposal for all your project needs and offers Alsatian quality in the area of wood construction.

If your project is outside the intervention zone indicated on the map above, then unfortunately « ABT Construction Bois » will not be in a position to offer these services.
